Deixe ferver cerca de 10 minutos. Apage o lume, retire o bacalhau, deixe-o arrefecer um pouco&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;e desfaça-o em lascas. Reserve o caldo de cozedura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ao mesmo tempo ponha uma panela ao lume com água temperada com sal e quando&amp;nbsp;estiver a ferver introduza as&amp;nbsp;folhas de couve&amp;nbsp;e deixe cozer, destapadas, até estarem tenras. Escorra bem as couves e corte-as em pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ligue o forno e regule-o para os 200 °C.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derreta a&amp;nbsp;Vaqueiro Alho&amp;nbsp;num tacho, adicione-lhe a&amp;nbsp;cebola picada&amp;nbsp;e deixe alourar enquanto corta o&amp;nbsp;alho&amp;nbsp;francês&amp;nbsp;em rodelas e o lava em água corrente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte o alho francês à cebola e deixe estufar até estar mole. Junte a&amp;nbsp;farinha, mexa e regue com o caldo da cozedura do bacalhau. Mexa e adicione as couves e o&amp;nbsp;miolo de pão&amp;nbsp;esfarelado. Misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Parta os ovos para uma taça e desfaça-os com uma vara de arames.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte as lascas de bacalhau ao cozinhado e adicione os ovos batidos, mexendo delicadamente. Lave muito bem em água corrente. Abra-as numa frigideira,  sobre lume forte. Coe o líquido que largaram e reserve. &lt;br /&gt;Numa frigideira  bastante larga e funda, aloure, em metade da Margarina, o Toucinho em tiras, o Chouriço e as Cebolas em rodelas e o Alho picado. Junte a Carne de Porco, cortada em cubos, e o  Frango, sem pele, cortado em bocados. Deixe saltear até a carne estar  dourada. Junte as Lulas e adicione o Tomate, pelado, sem grainhas  e cortado em bocadinhos, e a Salsa e o Louro atados. Deixe refogar  durante cerca de 15 minutos, tempere com Sal e Pimenta. Adicione o Arroz e deixe cozinhar um pouco até o arroz começar a ficar translúcido.  Dissolva o Açafrão na água e deite sobre o arroz. Junte o suco das  amêijoas, rectifique o sal, junte a Malagueta e deixe cozer sobre lume  brando cerca de 15 minutos.
